Here at Plumb Line, clients can feel safe and supported to rehabilitate, move, feel strong and inspired.

 

 
Showing up and doing our best is easier said than done, but when we do it - we are a better person for it. Next month, we are getting ready to bring more support and community to Plumb Line studio. Mamas: we’ve got you & your back! We know your little babe is growing and your back might not like it. Whether you’re coming in to see @allisonoswald for physical therapy or coming in for Pilates with one of our trained teachers... we’ll show you ways to take care of yourself (i.e. stretches to relieve pain, functional movement strengthening, or proper baby wearing) so that you can do what you do best... take care of others 🤱🤰💕 p.s. yes that is our fake baby model... his name is Jimmy 👶🏻
